1. Order Processing
All products sold by ZLprint are made to order.
Once an order is placed, it enters our production process. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days.
Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers worldwide.
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location and local carrier restrictions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After production is completed, estimated shipping times are generally:
United States
- 3–7 business days
International Orders
- 5–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Shipping method selected
- Order size and weight
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
ZLprint is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate shipping information.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the issue and work with the carrier whenever possible.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, production location, or fulfillment requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for authorized split shipments.
10. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
ZLprint is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
