As our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer, we maintain the following refund and return policy.
1. Returns
Because all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Printed incorrectly
- Different from the item ordered
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue

3. Replacements and Refunds
If we determine that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Free replacement of the item
- Full refund to the original payment method
The appropriate solution will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the claim.
4. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider and financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
7. Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
